  • Stick with your passion—in good times and in not-so-good times. 
  • Be a good steward of time.
  • Keep negativity out. That includes negative people. 
  • Celebrate small wins and reward yourself often. 

How do you maintain your momentum?

  • Have a rigorous routine—keep pounding the rock. 
  • Set ridiculously impossible goals. Do something remarkable. 
  • Surround yourself with high-achievers. 
  • Innovate often. Challenge yourself to come up with novel ways of executing ideas.
  • Become a part of something great—align yourself with an important social cause.

  1. Short and sweet yet so profound! My first step was to cut out the procrastination, I was the queen of queens when it came to putting things off. Now, I’m focusing on doing it as it needs to be done!

  2. Thanks for sharing! I find it’s always helpful for me to take a moment every now and again to step back and take a strategic view of what I’m doing. I need to always reflect on the “why,” knowing that what I’m doing benefits someone else or my own personal growth.

  3. Putting personal meaning into each experience is key for me to be motivated. There are many activities that we must endure throughout life that seem unpleasant, but the way that we chose to perceive and allow each experience to mold us is ultimately what keeps me living each day.
